Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese healing art that channels universal life energy through the hands.
It restores flow where there’s stagnation. emotionally, physically, and energetically.
In my practice, Reiki isn’t just energy work; it’s an invitation to listen inward, to honor your body’s wisdom, and to remember that you are your own source of light.
