Reiki for mind, body, & spirit

Reiki offers a gentle way of coming back to yourself. It brings ease to the body, quiet to the mind, and lightness to the spirit. Each session invites you into stillness, where healing unfolds in its own time.

Reiki offerings

I offer both in-person and virtual Reiki sessions, allowing you to choose the setting that feels most supportive. However we meet, my intention is always the same: to hold a calm, grounded space where you can rest deeply and reconnect with yourself.

How virtual sessions work

If you’re joining virtually, you’ll receive a link by email before your session begins. Find a comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted—a couch, bed, or yoga mat all work well. We’ll start with grounding and intention-setting, then move into the Reiki portion while you rest quietly. The session ends with a brief check-in to help you integrate what you felt or noticed.

How does Reiki work?

Reiki, pronounced ray-kee, is a Japanese healing art that works with the body’s natural life energy. Rei means “universal,” and Ki means “life force.” This energy moves through all living things, supporting vitality and balance.

When our energy becomes depleted or stagnant—from stress, grief, or the pace of modern life—we can feel disconnected or unwell. Reiki helps restore that natural flow, bringing the system back into harmony and soothing the nervous system into deep rest.

During a session, I use gentle hand placements and light touch to support this movement of energy through the body. You’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably as your body shifts into a state of calm awareness. Essential oils and crystals may be used to complement the process, creating a sensory environment that invites relaxation and presence.

We begin and end each session with a brief check-in, allowing time to arrive, integrate, and reflect. Reiki is not tied to any belief system; it is simply an experience of returning to your own innate balance, open to anyone who feels called to receive.

What Reiki feels like, from the hearts who have received

"Reiki with Anna is very soothing and restorative. Her calming presence will put you at ease and she is so attentive in holding space for you. Anna’s spiritual energy is lovely, affirming and peaceful! If you are looking for clearing or restorative energy work, go see her. Also, the feminine moon circles are phenomenal - bringing a sense of community, solidarity and love.”

Ritual & ceremony

In addition to Reiki, I offer personal rituals and ceremonies created to honor life’s transitions, thresholds, and transformations. Each one is unique, shaped by your story and what is asking to be witnessed at this time.

Together, we will explore what wants to be marked or released and design a ceremony that reflects your path, whether it is a beginning, an ending, or a quiet turning within. This work may include connection with Spirit Guides, Wise and Well Ancestors, and the Divine, inviting meaning and guidance into the process.

If you feel called to honor a passage in your life through ritual, I invite you to reach out to begin the conversation.
