Reiki training in Traverse City, MI & New Orleans, LA
Learning Reiki is more than acquiring a healing technique—it’s entering a sacred lineage and remembering your innate capacity to channel light. I teach in the Usui / Holy Fire III tradition, offering small, retreat-like trainings that combine structure, practice, and spiritual depth.

Japanese Reiki Techniques (as taught by Usui Sensei):
Gassho meditation
Reiji-ho (developing intuition)
Byosen scanning (detecting where energy is needed)
Gyoshi-ho (sending Reiki with the eyes)
Kenyoku (dry bathing to clear your energy field)
Using Reiki for specific conditions and unwanted habits
The Reiki II symbols and their uses
Giving distant energy sessions
Integrating Reiki into everyday life
What to expect as a student
Trainings are kept intentionally small (max of six participants) to create a sacred, retreat-like atmosphere. Over the course of two days, you’ll receive attunements, guided meditations, and time to practice giving and receiving Reiki. The space is supportive, heart-centered, and allows for both learning and personal transformation.
After the weekend, you’ll be encouraged to continue practicing with peers, family, or friends to deepen your confidence. I remain available for mentorship, questions, and guidance as you integrate Reiki into your life or professional path. Once you train with me, we share a lineage — a sacred connection I honor deeply.
